Duration ##### • Auxiliary contract for a maximum duration of 1 year Workplace ##### • Avenue de Sévelin 46, 1004 Lausanne Missions ##### • Ensure the availability of solutions by taking charge of incidents, operational activities, and application support • Drive the product roadmap by coordinating evolutions, priorities, stakeholders, and deliveries while respecting costs, deadlines, and quality • Collect, analyze, and prioritize business needs, write user stories, and guarantee the functional value of solutions in collaboration with users • Organize and manage functional testing, validate delivered evolutions, and guarantee their compliance with business needs as well as the quality of production releases • Guarantee the quality, performance, and sustainability of solutions by ensuring their configuration, documentation, maintenance in operational conditions, and continuous service improvement Profile ##### • Bachelor's degree or training deemed equivalent, ideally supplemented by training in IT project management • At least one year of professional experience in the IT field, ideally in the management or evolution of application solutions • Knowledge of good practices in project management, ITSM, and information systems architecture • Good understanding of application analysis and development technologies; good knowledge of Swiss legal bases regarding IT security and data protection is an asset • Mastery of application design and modeling tools as well as project management tools • Good knowledge of English (B2 level) • Ability to analyze and synthesize information, customer and results orientation, team spirit, and communication skills Activity rate ##### 80-100% Special conditions ##### clean criminal record Start date ##### Immediately or to be agreed Information ##### M.
