• 29 juin 2026 • 100% • Durée indéterminée • Le Sentier We are recruiting for our client specializing in the watchmaking field and based in the Vallée de Joux their future: CNC Setter-Programmer (M/F) - CDI Régleur - Programmeur CNC H/F DESCRIPTION OF THE MISSION • Proceed with the complete programming and setting of 3 to 5 axis milling machines type HSM20 HSM400 & W701 S, while respecting quality and productivity. • Choose machining methods while respecting company standards. • Set up production machines. • Produce the first piece while ensuring compliance with procedures and operating sequences. • Guarantee production quality through regular controls according to the established control processes. • Optimize production startup, analyze failures and malfunctions, and propose areas for improvement • Ensure first-level maintenance of machines and check the condition of tools • Training and support for operators EXPECTED PROFILE You have the benefit of training in micromechanics or equivalent and you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position. You are autonomous, rigorous and organized, you are a conscientious and structured person. You are comfortable with programming on Alphacam and you master HEIDENHAIN, NUM controls. You are proactive and have excellent interpersonal skills.
