By joining the extended management, you will actively contribute to the directions of the office and participate in the development of its expertise in realization.
As Director of the Realization team, you are responsible for the strategic and operational conduct of the mandates entrusted to your team. You embody the vision, values, and commitments of RDR architectes with authenticity and naturalness. You guarantee the realization quality of RDR projects, ensure client satisfaction, and accompany the development of your team members.
You support the management of complex projects in terms of costs, planning, and budget on the ground and support a multidisciplinary team of approximately 8 experienced people.
An experienced manager, you possess solid experience in managing a multidisciplinary team. Unifying, charismatic, and credible, you accompany your collaborators in their professional activities while creating a serene, productive, and positive working climate, conducive to the development of everyone's potential.
