You will be based at the group's headquarters located in Granges-Paccot and will integrate a united, dynamic and passionate team, in which your creativity and ideas will be fully valued. Your future responsibilities • You will contribute to defining and deploying a national digital strategy aligned with the company's values and ambitions. • You will be in charge of the company's online visibility and e-reputation by ensuring a consistent and impactful digital presence. • You will create striking content (videos, infographics, illustrations, etc.) adapted to different types of media. • You will manage social networks by planning, publishing and interacting with the community. • You will participate in the continuous evolution of the website to optimize the user experience and digital performance. • You will analyze digital performance via tracking tools and will be a force for proposal to maximize the impact of the actions taken. • You will ensure digital monitoring to identify emerging trends and best practices. • You will work in close collaboration with internal teams to ensure consistency between the digital strategy and the company's overall communication. Your profile • You have a background in content creation, digital communication or digital marketing. • You are a native French or German speaker, with a minimum C1 level in the other language. Another language is an asset. • You master the tools necessary to carry out your tasks, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, Wordpress, etc. • You are passionate about new technologies and master the latest digital trends. • You have an excellent ability to tell stories and create engaging content. • You are a curious, creative, dynamic person and love to take on new challenges. • You want to evolve in an agile universe, combining demand and performance. • You have a real sense of being (availability, rigor, relational, charisma, etc.). • You have a sense of initiative and know how to manage emergencies and priorities.
