Administration Finance Asylum, Integration and Migration 40%-80% (m/f/d) ## For the areas of Social Service Integration & Migration (SIM) and Asylum Social Assistance Counseling (AVAS), we are looking for an engaged finance clerk starting 01.10.2026 or by arrangement. Your tasks ### • Independent management of client accounting in the case management software Socialoffice incl. budget control for persons with income • Payment and booking of economic social assistance and asylum social assistance • Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements as well as preparation of statistics and reportings • Creation and control of (quarterly) settlements towards municipalities and the canton • Management of the cash desk • Invoice control and health cost processing • Participation in the further development of processes, standard and control instruments What you bring with you ### • Completed commercial training, ideally with further training in accounting or the finance sector • Professional experience in managing accounting, preferably in the field of social assistance • Very good PC user skills, especially in Office programs • Confident German, both spoken and written • Exact, structured and solution-oriented way of working • Efficient and independent work organization What we offer you ### With us, you will find the opportunity to make your contribution to a fairer world.
