The IPT Foundation, founded by entrepreneurs in 1972, is a private law, non-profit, and non-profit-oriented foundation. It operates in the areas of integration, reintegration, and vocational orientation to support people in their professional development. As a national partner, the foundation works together with public and private social insurances, companies, institutions, as well as doctors. Your tasks • Professional support and consultation of people with health impairments or complex life situations in their (re-)integration into professional life • Development of individual solution strategies in the areas of application coaching and job placement • Sound assessment of professional resources and obstacles • Joint development of solutions in the interdisciplinary team • Building and maintaining an employer network, acquisition of internships and job offers • Cooperation with RAV personnel consultants, local partners, social insurances, and companies • Continuous, transparent reporting on progress to the clients • Participation in events to increase presence and networking in the region and the professional field Your profile • Diploma recognized in Switzerland as a job coach or equivalent certified training in the field of coaching / professional integration • At least three years of professional experience as a job coach or in the field of professional integration • Sound knowledge of application processes as well as current knowledge of the regional labor market, labor law, and the social insurance system • Proven experience in the targeted approach to companies as well as in the active maintenance and expansion of an employer network - German as a native language or level C2; French skills are an advantage • Excellent communication skills, intercultural competence, confident appearance, and negotiation skills • Enjoyment of networking and active placement work • Good ICT skills • Team spirit, commitment, and flexibility We offer • A challenging, diverse, and meaningful task with a lot of creative freedom in a learning-promoting and collegial working environment • A high degree of independence and personal responsibility • A dynamic and goal-oriented team • Attractive continuing education opportunities and progressive employment conditions If you are interested in this challenge and meet the requirement profile, please send us your complete application documents by e-mail to candidatures@fondation-ipt.ch and state "IPT BE - Berater-in" in the subject of the e-mail.
