What are your tasks? ### • You support and accompany our residents in the areas of housing, daily management, care, leisure and life organization • You assume the role of reference person • You work interdisciplinarily with tutors, doctors, psychiatry and specialized services • You take charge of sectors and responsibilities on a daily basis in order to ensure the smooth running of activities • You participate in team meetings and supervisions • You accompany learners and students in an individual and respectful manner What do we expect from you? ### • You have completed training in social pedagogy or a comparable qualification • You are resistant to stress, show initiative, empathy and self-reflection • You support residents in their maximum autonomy and participation • You possess skills in communication, conflict management and cooperation • You like working with residents having diverse disabilities, individual support needs and varied ages • You have experience in the practical supervision of students or are willing to train in this regard What can you expect from us? ### • A responsible and varied task with a right to speak and decide • An open, neutral and constructive collaboration • A good connection to public transport and support for sustainable mobility through participation in the costs of PT subscriptions, electric bikes, etc. • Attractive offers for employees as well as excellent social benefits Do you feel concerned?
