Job Description The outpatient centers (from the general practitioner's office to the medical center) are the first link in integrated care. The digitalization of these centers is a key to optimizing the Swiss healthcare system. As Product Owner, you are the link between the end users and suppliers regarding contract and product developments and, as a central contact person, represent the outpatient centers to the software suppliers. You work hand in hand with our outsourcing partners and internal teams to offer our customers an ever-improving service. Qualifications Your responsibilities: Experience with information systems in the outpatient sector with a great willingness to know and improve business processes better. Experience in the healthcare sector in Switzerland or a great willingness to learn. Curiosity and willingness for interdisciplinary cooperation with specialists from the administrative and medical fields. You meet and understand the technical side of the customer's information system (IS), collect/define and prioritize corresponding requirements and manage the corresponding backlog in close cooperation with the users and the suppliers. Always in relation to the IT strategy and Good Practice. Experience in the implementation and optimization of business processes in connection with those of the information systems. Ability to constructively analyze and question existing processes. Ability to view medical practices completely in the sense of workstations, network, telephony, application, process optimization. Including potential construction work. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and to remain calm and solution-oriented during stressful times. Independence, team spirit, innovation, motivation and a positive attitude. German native language, excellent Swiss-German and good English skills. Italian skills are a plus. Knowledge of project management is a plus. Knowledge of ITIL, IT development processes and DevOps is an advantage.
