The BSB Malerei is an experienced specialist company for painting work in the interior and exterior area. We are looking for a Team Leadership Painting 100 % as of 01.01.2027 or by agreement. Your task You will lead and coordinate the BSB Malerei and ensure a smooth process. You will work actively in the painting department, monitor the entire process, and ensure compliance with quality specifications. You will be the contact person for customers during order processing and represent the company competently externally. Additionally, you will take over deployment, capacity, and order planning and ensure optimal material provision and warehouse management. You will lead, promote, and support your team professionally and personally and ensure the support of employees with IV pensions and clients of vocational integration in the workplace.
