Your challenges ### • Participate in the development and evolution of TCS's flagship product, Membership • Ensure the operational implementation of product initiatives and support launches • Analyze product performance and identify improvement opportunities • Contribute to the optimization of the customer experience and processes • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, IT teams and external partners • Support Product Managers in the realization of strategic and operational projects What you bring ### • Higher education in economics, management, marketing, insurance or an equivalent field • First experience in product management, project management, marketing or offer development, an asset • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret performance indicators • Proactive, autonomous and solution-oriented personality • Sensitivity to customer experience and interest in continuous improvement of products and processes • Excellent communication skills and ease in collaborating with various interlocutors • Good mastery of MS Office tools; knowledge of tools such as Power BI, Confluence or SharePoint is an advantage • French or German native language with very good knowledge of the other language (min.
