Active Directory Engineer (f/m/d) Be your best with bechtle On behalf of our client based in Genève, we are looking for an Active Directory Engineer (f/m/d) responsible for strengthening the existing team as part of a 6-month mission (non-renewable) at 100 %, starting from 1st September 2026\. Your mission Ensure the administration and daily operation of the AD environment. Manage user accounts, groups, organizational units, and various directory objects. Administer, maintain, and control GPO group policies. Supervise the proper functioning of domains and domain controllers, then handle operational incidents. Execute change requests and routine operations in accordance with banking sector procedures and security requirements. Your profile Proven experience of at least 5 years in the administration and operation of Active Directory environments. Mastery of users, groups, GPO, objects, domains, domain controllers, DNS, and replication mechanisms. Experience with an Active Directory environment comprising multiple domains and domain controllers. RUN-oriented profile, autonomous, rigorous, and capable of becoming quickly operational within an existing team. Residency in Switzerland mandatory and availability at 100 % from 1st September 2026; no on-call duty is planned.
