We are looking for support for the maternity ward and inpatient gynecology in the late shift from 20:00 -- 00:18 until maximum 01:18. What awaits you <br /> • You are responsible for the Frauenklinik reception and telephony • You receive the patients and bring them to the ward • You take calls for the maternity ward and emergency registrations • You support the midwife team and the nursing of the departments by performing simple delegated tasks e.g. tidying up, refilling materials • You perform administrative tasks in the electronic clinical information system (EPIC) <br /> What you bring with you <br /> • You have training as FaGe, MPA or equivalent • You have good German skills, ideally you also understand some dialect, further language skills are an advantage • You are communicative and resilient • You can organize yourself well and are used to working independently • You maintain an overview even in hectic times and are open to changes • Medical understanding or previous knowledge in a clinical environment is an advantage <br /> Our offer <br /> • Flexible deployment planning in the team • Careful introduction to the task • Varied and interesting activity • Support from a dedicated team <br /> Questions about the position?
