For this, we are looking for, starting immediately, a Teamlead Service with focus Bar (80-100%), who will take the next step together with us and shape this new place. Your tasks: • Management of the bar and service stations including active participation in day and evening operations • Guest care & sales: advising guests as well as correct cash and payment processing • Event support from A–Z (banquets, apéros, events) including preparation and follow-up • Leadership & deployment planning: training, coaching, and coordination of employees including working time and break management • Quality, hygiene & organization: compliance with HACCP, maintenance of checklists, ordering system as well as further development of standards and recipes • Team and operational responsibility: guest feedback, participation in recruitments and close cooperation with management and HR • Warehouse, beverage and disposal management: orders, inventories Your qualifications: • Training in gastronomy or several years of professional experience (min. 3 years) with leadership experience • Good German and English skills • Confident handling of common cash systems and PC applications • Hands-on mentality, high personal responsibility as well as independent, reliable, and structured way of working • Flexible, resilient and tolerant towards other cultures • Host:ess out of passion with willingness to work nights and weekends We offer you: • The opportunity to help shape our newest project • A centrally located workplace near Hardbrücke • Fair and contemporary remuneration • 50% discount when visiting our own business, Frau Gerolds Garten and Micas Garten, in your free time • A dynamic, exciting working environment with room for initiative and creative ideas • Many other benefits, including certainly some which you will help develop
