Tasks: Technical and personnel leadership of our dedicated service team Support of demanding objects and active expansion of our portfolio through the conclusion of new service contracts Creation of efficient resource and route planning, coordination of on-call service, and ensuring a smooth process during maintenance, repairs, and commissioning Calculation of service offers, material procurement, as well as budget compliance and billing of service orders Ensuring the high quality standard of our services and compliance with occupational safety guidelines Profile: Successfully completed basic training EFZ with many years of experience Many years of experience in the service business of ventilation and air conditioning technology Leadership experience High quality awareness, negotiation skills, and strong service orientation Reliable and responsible personality with a well-groomed appearance Proficient German skills in spoken and written language and driving license Kat.
