We offer you: a three-year commercial apprenticeship with insight into our departments you will learn the basics with us in the company, at the ÜK, and in vocational school with practical trainers at every assignment who will support and accompany you a comprehensive KV apprenticeship with a high practical relevance that makes you fit for the digital future During your apprenticeship in the financial industry, you will rotate through the various departments of our company. In doing so, you will get to know the different tasks as a commercial employee in the field of services & administration and acquire a customer-friendly, courteous, and service-oriented way of working. You will spend your working days at our location in Glattbrugg. You will attend vocational school two days per week in Bülach, therefore we favor applications from the local region. The apprenticeship as a commercial employee/ EFZ can be completed with or without Berufsmatura Typ Wirtschaft. Your tasks you will learn processes and activities related to the processing of credit cards, e.g., application entry, verification, and approval of applications you maintain customer information and are responsible for its accuracy you take care of telephone and written customer support and actively use your communication skills you will get to know the payment transactions related to our services and assist in accounting you will deepen your knowledge of our products and services and learn the interconnections you enjoy working with people and are a true team player you combine theory with practice and deepen your knowledge two days per week in the vocational school What you bring with you good to very good school grades from secondary school level A good communication skills in German, both written and spoken high motivation for administrative activities and a positive basic attitude independent and precise working style networked thinking is your strength good manners Documents to be submitted We require a letter of motivation, a CV, all school certificates, the Multicheck Wirtschaft & Administration and other helpful documents from you.
