Head of Civil Engineering Project

What you can move. • As a Head of Project, you will be responsible for a portfolio of multidisciplinary projects, including structures, which you will manage from the preliminary study to the commissioning. • You will be in charge of the overall management of the projects and will ensure that costs, deadlines, quality, and safety are respected. • You will be the privileged interlocutor to coordinate service providers, internal specialists, and external stakeholders, while ensuring an effective interface with railway operations. • You will ensure the control and validation of designs as well as the sizing of structures and will conduct internal expert assessments when necessary. • You will take charge, depending on the files, of the general management of the work and will represent the projects within committees or external bodies. What you bring. • Thanks to your career and experiences, you know how to demonstrate a proactive work method and a spirit of initiative. You know how to lead multidisciplinary teams and convince various interlocutors. • You have several years of professional experience, for example in a study office, in works management or in project management. A first experience in railway project management would be a significant asset. • You possess solid technical skills in calculations, design, and execution of structures, for example with experience in the field of reinforced concrete and/or metal structures. • You have a degree in civil engineering (EPF/HES or equivalent). • You master French and have a very good knowledge of German, which you can use in your daily professional life (minimum level B2).
