Mandate Manager Fiduciary

Our client in a central location in the city of Zürich, an established fiduciary company with a young management team, is strengthening its finance team immediately or by arrangement and is looking for an experienced and service-oriented Mandate Manager Fiduciary ### #### Tasks & Challenges • Mandate responsibility in cooperation with a clerk • Completion of closing work for annual financial statements and preparation of the annual accounts • Preparation of VAT returns • General tax administration • Managing payroll accounting • Accompanying customers in various matters • Accompanying company formations, capital increases, relocations of registered offices, etc. • Conducting advisory discussions in German and English Qualifications & Competencies • Several years of professional experience in accounting and/or in the fiduciary sector • Further education as a fiduciary with federal diploma or certified fiduciary expert/ certified auditor • Several years of professional experience in closing work • Independent, exact and reliable way of working • High customer orientation and advisory competence • High IT affinity, especially MS-Office and Abacus • German as a native language, very good English skills Opportunities & Perspectives Our client offers a challenging and varied area of responsibility.
