In order to strengthen our IT department team, we are looking for a: IT Support Technician 100% (M/F) Your main tasks • User support for hardware and software technical incidents (L1 and L2 levels) • Installation and configuration of Windows workstations (PC and peripherals, IT applications) • Management and updating of documentation • Training users on tools and software • Maintenance of the IT park inventory • Participation in the management and evolution of IT equipment • Participation in improvement projects and the search for IT solutions Your profile • CFC in IT, ES Technician, or equivalent training • Good knowledge of Microsoft infrastructures and environments (Active Directory, Windows server 2019/2022, Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Intune and Entra)) • Knowledge of Atlassian administration is a plus • Good knowledge of Windows workstations (Win10/11) • Good knowledge of standard office programs and Microsoft 365 • Knowledge of scripting languages (Powershell) • Languages: good command of French and English.
