You will work in both the Finance and Human Resources departments and contribute significantly to the smooth running of our administrative processes. Clerk Finance & HR (50%) Your Finance tasks: You carry out the accounting as well as selected administrative tasks for two companies. You assist in the consolidation department. You take over the deputy duties for your female colleagues during their absences. Your HR tasks: You support the entire operational HR life cycle from entry to exit. You prepare payroll-relevant mutations and actively support the payroll run. You assist in the processing, settlement, and monitoring of social insurances.
