Region: Suisse romande (French) Here are your areas of responsibility • First-level support for technical pre-sales and after-sales inquiries (FR) • Processing support tickets in SAP C4C • Carrying out simple application and function tests (internal/external) • Presentation of technical solutions and conducting training for customers • Technical contact for assigned sales regions • Collaboration with the sales department for the identification and implementation of customer projects • Support in case of complaints and after-sales questions (on-site or remotely) • What you bring • Technical training (electrotechnics, automation, mechatronics or equivalent) • Initial professional experience in an industrial environment is an asset • Good knowledge of sensors and automation • Experience with PLC, industrial networks or machine vision is an advantage • Basic knowledge of programming and system integration desired • Proficiency in MS Office, ideally SAP/CRM (C4C) • Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills • Team spirit with a sense of responsibility • Very good knowledge of French with skills in German and English • Availability for travel We offer you an exciting technical environment in industrial automation, close collaboration with international teams as well as development opportunities in a growing company - complemented by attractive employment conditions.
