## As part of our procurement department at Leister Technologies AG, you ensure that materials and services are available at the right time, in the right quality, and at optimal costs. With your technical understanding and negotiation skills, you make a decisive contribution to smooth production and business processes. Your tasks ## • Ordering and scheduling of items and external services in the assigned product groups • Monitoring of order confirmations, delivery dates, prices, and quality • Obtaining, analyzing, and negotiating offers in the international procurement market • Negotiating and concluding framework agreements • Responsibility for inventory levels, inventory turnover, as well as optimal order quantities and lot sizes • Ensuring supplier delivery performance (OTD, quantity, quality) incl. escalations • Maintenance and ensuring correct article and supplier master data in the ERP system • Close cooperation with Category Management as well as interdisciplinary with PPS, Quality, and Logistics • Processing of error messages (NOD) • Active participation in the continuous improvement process (KVP) Your profile ## • Technical basic training in the field of mechanics, electronics, or mechatronics, with further training in purchasing (Einkaufsfachmann/-frau, Betriebswirtschaft HF/FH) • Several years of professional experience in international purchasing, ideally in an industrial environment • Very good MS Office skills as well as experience with SAP S/4Hana • Committed, reliable, and goal-oriented way of working • Assertiveness, resilience, and enjoyment of working in a team • Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing What awaits you ## • A responsible position in an international industrial environment • Much creative freedom and short decision-making paths • Flexible working time models and up to two days of home office - where possible and sensible • Support for further training and opportunities for personal and professional development • Attractive benefits, free parking including E-charging stations, showers for athletes etc. Note for recruitment agencies ## For this position, we exclusively consider direct applications.
