In the context of an upcoming retirement, we are looking for our asphalt sector for a: Asphalt Foreman Your challenges: Reporting to the site managers, you ensure the operational management of asphalt construction sites and the management of field teams. In this capacity, you are responsible for: Organizing and supervising one to two asphalt teams Planning and monitoring asphalt construction sites, from preparation to execution Guaranteeing compliance with deadlines, quality, and current regulations Strictly ensuring the application of rules and requirements regarding safety, quality, and environment Ensuring the proper use of machines and equipment Preparing daily reports and ensuring the monitoring of works Being the preferred interlocutor between the construction site and the works management Your profile: Solid knowledge of bituminous coatings and implementation Knowledge of asphalt machines Holding machinist permits M5 and M6 is a plus Natural leadership and ability to unite teams Autonomy, flexibility, and dynamism.
