To strengthen our team at the Schlimperg school facility, we are looking for a service-oriented personality as a YOUR TASKS IN THIS FUNCTION ARE : • The organization of daily activities on site. You coordinate maintenance and repair work and support the site manager in the implementation of operational objectives. • The upkeep and maintenance of sports facilities as well as green spaces and hard surfaces • Ensuring structural and technical maintenance as well as repair work • Ensuring professional and environmentally friendly waste disposal • Support during the execution of maintenance, intermediate and deep cleanings in the assigned buildings and facilities • Execution of winter services to ensure safe traffic and access routes • Professional support and participation in the management of cleaning teams • Collaboration in the implementation and development of operation and maintenance concepts in cooperation with the supervisor. YOUR PROFILE MATCHES PERFECTLY IF YOU : • Have completed training as a CFC operational maintenance specialist, maintenance service orientation, or an equivalent training. • Ideally, have completed the training as a caretaker with a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) and possess the qualification of professional trainer. • Have already acquired initial professional experience and enjoy the varied requirements of a school operation. • Convince with your commitment, your strong service orientation as well as your reliable and respectful manner. • Like to take on responsibilities and appreciate the professional supervision of cleaning staff and apprentices. • Work independently, efficiently and solution-oriented, while maintaining an overview even in demanding situations. • Possess good IT knowledge and ideally a category B driver's license.
