We are a regional secondary school center. In our school-supplementary day structures, students from kindergarten to 6th grade are cared for from Monday to Friday. For secondary school students, there has also been a widely used lunch offering for many years. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and committed personality as Deputy After-School Care Management (30-70%) by arrangement. Working days:  Monday. Remaining days by arrangement. Workplace: Tagesstrukturen Seengen, Schulstrasse 8, 5707 Seengen. Your tasks: Co-responsibility for the pedagogical and organizational management of the day structures. Deputy After-School Care Management in their absence. Care and support of the children in everyday after-school care. Planning and implementation of age-appropriate activities. Promoting the children in their individual development. Close cooperation with parents, school and team. Co-designing an appreciative and needs-oriented care everyday life. Administrative tasks as well as participation in the further development of the day structures   We offer: Workload of 30-70 %. Work start is always from 11.30 AM, if possible also early care. 5 weeks paid vacation during school holidays. Additionally, up to 3 other vacation weeks can be worked before or after, or taken unpaid upon request. A small, warm and committed team. Spacious and bright rooms. Needs-oriented pedagogical work with the children. Lots of creative freedom and a varied activity. Contemporary employment conditions   You bring with you: Qualification as a specialist in childcare EFZ children or an equivalent pedagogical education. Professional experience in the school-supplementary care sector is an advantage. Joy in working with children and families. Independent, responsible and flexible way of working. Organizational skills as well as teamwork skills. Very good German skills in spoken and written form   Are you interested?
