For our client in the Aargau region, we are looking for a limited period of 6 months from September: Commercial Support for Work Preparation (m/w/d) - 100% - limited term You benefit from: • Free parking directly at the location • Structured and comprehensive training for a successful start • Appreciative work environment with open communication and strong team cohesion • Exciting insight into pharmaceutical production and GMP processes • Opportunity to gain practical experience in document management and quality control This is what you can expect: • Preparation of manufacturing and packaging protocols including labels and accompanying documents • Process-controlled processing of production orders in the ERP system as well as timely forwarding to the warehouse • Management, filing, and archiving of batch documentation, control sheets, and other GMP-relevant documents • Creation, maintenance, and updating of work instructions and documentation • Support with administrative tasks in the area of work preparation and production documentation This characterizes you: • Initial professional experience in the commercial or administrative field • Careful, structured, and reliable way of working • Good knowledge of common MS-Office applications • Very good German language skills in word and writing • Interest in quality processes, document management, and the pharmaceutical industry You have the talent, we offer the platform!
