This is what you do You ensure that our employees can rely on a stable, secure and modern ICT You continuously develop our Microsoft and cloud environment further You lead infrastructure and digitalization projects and implement them successfully You analyze complex technical issues and find sustainable solutions You recognize optimization potential, automate processes and actively help shape the digital future of TRINAMO You support the training of our IT apprentices and promote knowledge transfer within the team What you bring with you Higher IT training (HF, FH) or equivalent qualification Min. 5 years of professional experience as a System Engineer in the Microsoft environment Sound know-how in several areas such as Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, virtualization, PowerShell or backup solutions Joy in analyzing technical challenges and developing sustainable solutions An independent way of working, high personal responsibility and the desire to actively drive topics forward Joy in working with different stakeholders Advantageous Driving license category B Why TRINAMO?
