Dental Assistant CFC • You hold a CFC as a dental assistant or equivalent title • You have a first successful experience in a similar position • You perfectly master the hygiene and safety standards in force • You enjoy contact with patients and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills • You are dynamic, organized, rigorous and have a strong sense of responsibility • You have an eye for detail and know how to manage several tasks simultaneously, even in stressful situations • You are comfortable with IT tools and able to adapt quickly to professional software Other information: Parking space available Personal vehicle indispensable • Ensure the opening and closing of the practice • Prepare and sterilize all instruments, equipment and materials necessary for the practitioners' interventions • Welcome patients with kindness and professionalism, schedule appointments • Create, update and ensure the follow-up of patients' medical files, including the anamnesis • Technically assist the practitioner(s) (instrumentation assistance, operative assistance), by anticipating their needs • Accompany the practitioner during "off-site" activities (e.g. school dental checks) • Perform the administrative and accounting tasks necessary for the smooth running of the practice (estimates, invoicing, collections, fee notes) • Coordinate work with dental laboratories • Manage the stock of material and consumable products
