For our Kinderkrippe Löwenzahn in Uitikon Waldegg, we are looking for a warm, reliable, and pedagogically engaged co-educator as of August 2026 or by agreement. The position is connected with a springer function and has a fixed focus on our Baby Group. Kinderkrippe Löwenzahn is a family-run, association-led daycare center with 44 approved care places. In our spacious children's house with a beautiful garden, plenty of green space around the house, and walking opportunities near the forest, we care for children in four groups: a Baby Group, two mixed-age groups, and a Ü3-/pre-kindergarten group. Your focus is on our Baby Group. Together with the group leader, co-group leader, and a trainee, you will lovingly, attentively, and patiently accompany our youngest Löwenzahn children, aged three months to one and a half years, through their daily routine. If needed, you will also support the other groups in the house. A family atmosphere and appreciative interaction are highly valued by us. Our pedagogical work is oriented towards the Bildungs- und Lerngeschichten (BULG) and the Reggio pedagogy. We emphasize attentive observation, a resource-oriented attitude, and loving accompaniment of the children. We are freshly and finely cooked for by our chef every day. What do you bring ? A completed, Swiss-recognized training as a specialized child care professional EFZ or a comparable pedagogical education ? Very good German language skills in writing and speaking ?
