Customer Advisor - Call center (100%) Company description We are looking for, for one of our clients, active in the banking sector and based in Lausanne, for Customer Advisor - Call center (100%) Job description for a long-term temporary mission As a customer advisor, you will be responsible for: Answering incoming calls from customers Advising and redirecting customers regarding the company's products Examining each request with the aim of providing an appropriate solution Writing written correspondence Ensuring a high-quality service delivery Profile sought You have a commercial training You possess experience in the banking field in Switzerland and/or a Call Center in Switzerland You perfectly master French (level C2-C1), you have good knowledge of German or Italian (level B2-C1), the three national languages would be a huge asset!
