Production & Material Planner (m/f/d) (80-100%)

The company offers: • An unlimited employment contract in an internationally successful industrial company • A responsible role in production and material planning • Exciting tasks in a technologically demanding production environment • Direct collaboration with logistics, purchasing, production, customer service and supply chain • Modern workplaces and state-of-the-art working tools • Flexible working models and smart working • Attractive vacation model • Employee restaurant • Support for childcare • Employee Assistance Program • Appreciative, diverse and international working environment • Place of work in Baden AG with a workload of 80-100% • Entry possible by agreement Tasks: • You plan the assigned materials and ensure their timely availability for production • You analyze short-term needs and translate incoming volumes into concrete tactical supply plans • You support short- and medium-term planning processes with relevant inputs on feasibility • You identify bottlenecks or local planning problems at an early stage and bring them in transparently • You create production plans, master production schedules and assembly plans based on demand, capacities and inventory targets • You ensure a balanced utilization of production teams through active load leveling • You provide reliable delivery and commitment dates to customer service • You continuously coordinate material availability and production planning • You coordinate internal and external material sources to ensure that raw materials and components are available on time • You monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal inventory targets • You prevent stockouts, overstocking and unnecessary capital tie-up • You analyze excess or obsolete inventory and initiate appropriate measures if necessary • You calculate and maintain relevant disposition parameters in the ERP and planning system • You manage safety stocks, notification stocks, batch sizes, replenishment times and replenishment strategies • You work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure delivery capability, efficiency and transparency • You support the implementation of change decisions and minimize the impact on material obsolescence • You identify potential for improvement in processes and supply chain processes • You develop measures to increase efficiency and reduce costs • You recognize potential risks such as material bottlenecks or transport delays at an early stage • You develop suitable alternative and emergency plans to ensure delivery capability Requirements: • Completed vocational basic training EFZ or equivalent education • Ideally, further training in the field of supply chain, logistics, production, purchasing, business administration or a related field • At least 2 years of experience in material planning, production planning, inventory management, operational purchasing or a comparable function in a production environment • Good knowledge of MRP and ERP systems • Experience with SAP and ideally with GIB, EWM or Felios • Very good user knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel • Experience with Power BI or other data analysis tools is an advantage • Good understanding of production processes, supply chain management and quality principles • Pronounced analytical skills and high accuracy • Structured, reliable and solution-oriented way of working • Enjoyment in solving unexpected challenges quickly and pragmatically • Communicative personality with good negotiating skills • Team-oriented attitude and enjoyment of working with various internal stakeholders • Very good German language skills in word and writing • Good English language skills in word and writing We look forward to your application.
