As school management, you are part of the extended management team and shape the overall institution. As a teacher, you teach and promote young people according to the Lehrplan 21 (bVS) of the canton of Bern in small classes. As a teacher, you build trust, motivate young people, and accompany them in their school and personal development. You work closely with the teaching team as well as with the therapy, social pedagogy, studio, and business departments. Requirements ### You have the DAS "Schulen leiten" or are willing to undergo further training. You have already gained experience as a management person. You are flexible, open to new challenges, and curious about new experiences. You have a clear pedagogical attitude. You are willing to do team teaching and interdisciplinary collaboration with therapy, studio, and businesses as well as social pedagogy.
