An EXPERIENCED KITCHEN DESIGNER / SALESPERSON (M/F) Human-scale company, specializing in Kitchen Design, established for 25 years, is looking for its showroom in Crissier (VD) An EXPERIENCED KITCHEN DESIGNER / SALESPERSON (M/F) Passionate about layouts, endowed with a creative spirit, solution-oriented and focused on customer satisfaction, come join our team. You will be fully dedicated to our customers: reception by appointment, design, quoting and signing of new or renovation projects, for private and professional clientele. Appreciation of quality, autonomy and taking on responsibility Your profile: Significant experience in the field of kitchen and interior design Experience in sales techniques and advisory Ability to listen and analyze needs IT proficiency (knowledge of Winner is an asset) Team spirit Excellent presentation and oral and written communication skills (fluency in English appreciated) Enthusiastic, benevolent, flexible personality Your mission: Welcome, accompany and advise customers Propose personalized, aesthetic and technical solutions Create plans and 3D designs Quote and follow up on offers Negotiate and conclude order intake Guarantee a customer experience Take measurements and advise customers at home Actively contribute to the commercial development of the showroom (good maintenance of the exhibition, updating and highlighting products) Participate in factory visits and supplier training Collaborate with internal teams Convey the image of quality and reliability of the company Our conditions: Activity rate 100 % - 42 hours/week Presence on Saturday from 09:00 to 13:00 – 1 free day during the week Salary on 13 months to be agreed according to experience Parking space available Start date: immediately or to be agreed Before applying, please ensure that you meet the required criteria.
