We look after both demanding private clients and institutional investors in the areas of Private Banking, Real Estate, and Pension Planning. To strengthen our team for the growing and highly digitized area of Pension Planning, we are looking for a committed personality as Application Manager Finnova (100%) The task Ensuring operational operation in cooperation with outsourcer and supplier Incident\- \& Problem\-Management and 2nd Level Support Release\-Coordination, planning, testing and acceptance of new versions Evaluation of new features or releases of the core banking system Identification of improvements in operations, optimization of existing processes Creation of business analyses, specifications and planning Implementation of applicative and procedural changes Participation in transformation and digitalization projects Close cooperation with specialist departments, IT teams and external partners Your professional profile Sound Finnova knowledge University degree (FH, Uni, ETH) with IT focus or equivalent qualifications Cognos knowledge is an advantage Several years of project and professional experience in business analysis Knowledge in release and test management Confident in communication as well as in the moderation of workshops, meetings and project teams High level of initiative as well as strong communication and teamwork skills Networked, goal- and solution-oriented thinking and acting Enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation Very good language skills in German as well as good English skills Your personal profile You are a committed team player with a confident, friendly and winning appearance.
