You manage social welfare and asylum mandates independently and develop individual solutions. You work closely with specialist agencies. In addition, you create reports, manage the files and take over the deputy management of the department. What you bring with you ### You have a degree in Social Work or a comparable education. Ideally, you already have experience in statutory social welfare. You work independently, responsibly and keep a clear overview even in demanding situations. Empathy, social competence and communication skills round out your profile.
