• 07 July 2026 • 80 - 100% • Indeterminate duration • French (Current) • 1066 Epalinge • Login to see the salary estimate on jobup.ch As part of the opening of a new minor protection internat ## designed for minors with specific needs ## we are looking for ## ## Watchers for active watches ## ## 1 to 3 nights per week ##   Your mission: • You guarantee the emotional, physical, and material security of the minors welcomed. • You respond in a professional and benevolent manner to the needs that minors may occasionally encounter during the night; seasonal illnesses, anxieties, enuresis, etc. • You perform a few logistical tasks during the night.   Workplace: Epalinges   Schedules: Watchers are present 7/7, including weekends. Regular schedules possible.   Entry into function: October 2026 or to be agreed upon.   Required training:   - ASSC level CFC; - ASE level CFC; - Recognition of acquired experience possible.   Particular skills characterizing the position:   • Willingness and ability to work with people suffering from difficulties in emotional regulation, and/or trauma related to complex personal situations; • Having natural authority and a high level of internal security; • Experience of night work would be a plus; • Experience of working with minors would be a plus.
