Specialized Coordinator for cybersecurity exercises and incident management

Bern, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% Your contribution • Develop, implement, and direct realistic exercise scenarios, involving various experts and specialists in the field • Direct and take responsibility for the strategic involvement of the UFCS in cybersecurity exercises, as well as coordinate participation • Participate in cybersecurity exercises as a representative of the UFCS and, if necessary, ensure coordination at an inter-institutional level • Synthesize and present, at the appropriate level, the conclusions and results drawn from cybersecurity exercises (verification of implemented processes, effectiveness, etc.) and propose improvement measures • Assist the Cyber Commander in managing high-relevance cyber incidents and substitute him in his absence • Monitor the global cyber threat situation as well as technical progress in the field of cybersecurity, so that new trends, recurring patterns, and repercussions on critical infrastructures are taken into consideration in the aforementioned services <br /> What distinguishes you • University degree or equivalent training in the field of computer science, information security, or similar professional experience • Knowledge of the current cyber threat landscape, the most common attack vectors, and the tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) used by cyber actors • Good knowledge of best practices and processes related to cybersecurity incident management at all levels (technical, organizational, legal, etc.) • Experience in managing and coordinating complex consultation processes • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as strategic thinking and action capabilities • Good knowledge of a second official language and English <br /> In summary Do you want to be part of the future of national cybersecurity and contribute to the collective good?
