As an Event Manager, you design exclusive events – from elegant gala dinners, through exclusive weddings to international business meetings. • You manage the entire planning process – from the first inquiry through offer creation to operational implementation and follow-up. • You are the personal contact person for guests and partners: briefings, change requests, tours, and professional follow-up care are part of your repertoire. • Administrative excellence: creation of offers, confirmations and invoices, booking and control of all events as well as budget monitoring. • Internal coordination: You ensure clear, timely communication between F&B, Housekeeping, Technik, Empfang and external service providers. • Operational responsibility on the event day: Leading the event team, monitoring schedules, quality and guest care – you maintain the overview. • Quality management & innovation: You optimize processes, contribute creative concepts and observe market trends to continuously refine our events.
