In phoniatrics, an interdisciplinary team is available to patients for the consultation and therapy of children, adolescents, and adults with hearing, language, speech, voice, and swallowing disorders* What awaits you ## • Professional responsibility and personnel management of the Phoniatrics and Logopedics department of the ENT Clinic • Member of the clinic management • Treatment and care of outpatient and inpatient patients from the entire spectrum of phoniatrics • Opportunity for phonochirurgical interventions and participation in the interdisciplinary botulinum toxin clinic • Supervision and management of the Phoniatrics and Logopedics department of the interdisciplinary clinic for cleft lip and palate • Responsibility for research projects in the field of phoniatrics (clinical and basic science) • Responsibility for multicenter studies in the field of phoniatrics • Further education and supervision of physicians for the acquisition of the specialty in phoniatrics (Category A training center) • Assumption of senior physician on-call duties (picket) at night and on weekends • State-of-the-art infrastructure and equipment in the field of ENT and phoniatrics as well as a highly motivated team What you bring with you ## • Federally recognized specialist title for Oto-Rhino-Laryngology • Specialty title in Phoniatrics or corresponding specialist title/specialization in Phoniatrics (D, A) • Solid clinical and surgical experience • Habilitation or research activity on the way to Habilitation • Enjoyment in training young colleagues and the willingness to take on leadership responsibility • Commitment to overarching clinic tasks such as student teaching • Leadership experience • Interest and commitment to the further development of internal clinic processes and structures • Pronounced social and communication skills in dealing with patients and staff, as well as high customer orientation and impeccable manners • Very independent, exact, and reliable way of working • Treatment according to the bio-psycho-social concept • Good organizational skills and high initiative • Very good German skills (C1-C2), oral French and English skills.
