We are recruiting on behalf of a recognized company specializing in Locksmithing Project Manager (M/F) We are recruiting on behalf of a recognized company specializing in locksmithing, metal construction, and custom works, a: Locksmithing Project Manager (M/F) Responsibilities Project studies and preparation Analyze technical files and architect plans Perform measurements and feasibility studies Prepare quotes and participate in project costing Prepare manufacturing files and execution plans in collaboration with the technical office Participate in tenders and technical negotiations Project management Plan the various manufacturing and installation phases Organize and coordinate production and assembly teams and subcontractors Ensure the financial monitoring of business and compliance with budgets Guarantee compliance with deadlines, quality, and contractual requirements Participate in site meetings and ensure the link with architects, works management, and clients Site monitoring Supervise the proper progress of works until acceptance Anticipate technical issues and propose suitable solutions Ensure compliance with safety standards and current regulations Ensure administrative monitoring of projects and management of any additional work Profile CFC in metal construction, metal draftsman-constructor, or training deemed equivalent Additional training as Project Manager, ES Technician, Federal Diploma, or equivalent experience Proven experience in managing locksmithing or metal construction projects Good mastery of reading plans and metal manufacturing processes Comfort with IT tools and design software (AutoCAD, Tekla, or equivalent, an asset) Sense of organization, autonomy, and excellent coordination skills Good interpersonal skills and customer orientation Benefits Flexible hours Teleworking 1 day/week Office closure on Fridays at 13h Possibility of a company car Contact information Do not hesitate to send us your application, it will be treated in complete confidentiality!
