In the heart of the old town, a place is being created on approximately 1'000 m² where medical excellence, innovation, and an extraordinary patient experience meet. For our OR team, we are looking for a dedicated personality as a Technical Operations Assistant (TOA) who shares the highest quality standards and enjoys being part of an ambitious and future-oriented team. Your tasks Instrumenting and assisting in aesthetic-plastic surgeries Preparation and follow-up of surgical procedures Professional preparation, care, and control of instruments and medical products Ensuring compliance with all hygiene, quality, and sterility standards Material management as well as logistics and warehouse control in the OR area Patient management before, during, and after surgical procedures Care and accompaniment of our guests along the entire patient journey Support of administrative processes in the OR back office, especially in Vitabyte, WhatsApp, telephony, and patient communication Support during postoperative follow-up controls Conducting digital initial consultations and information talks with interested parties Participation in the continuous optimization of processes and quality standards Your profile Completed training as a dipl. specialist in surgical technology HF Professional experience in the field of plastic / aesthetic surgery Confident handling of instruments, sterile goods, and medical devices High sense of quality, hygiene, and responsibility Structured, reliable, and independent way of working Strong service orientation and enjoyment in dealing with demanding patients Good IT skills, ideally experience with digital practice or clinic information systems Confident German and English skills in spoken and written form Polished and professional appearance If you bring precision, responsibility, and passion for your profession and want to become part of a new generation of aesthetic medicine, we look forward to meeting you. jpid03971e8jm jit0727jm jiy26jm
