Your area of responsibility In our painting department, you will work in a motivated team of 5 to 8 employees and contribute your manual skills to new builds and conversions, renovations, as well as maintenance work. You will also ensure professional and high-quality execution of work during apartment changes and tenant changes. As a foreman, you will additionally take responsibility for organization on the construction site. This includes, if required, the coordination, instruction, and supervision of temporary employees, as well as ensuring a smooth workflow.
