In this role, you are responsible for the smooth operation of properties, infrastructure, and outdoor facilities and ensure that maintenance, security, and organization on-site function reliably. Your tasks Ensuring the ongoing operation of building technology systems as well as security and alarm systems Planning, coordinating, and monitoring maintenance, repair, upkeep, and smaller project works Identifying, assessing, and rectifying malfunctions and defects as well as organizing suitable follow-up measures Executing simple electrical, manual, and smaller construction works within the scope of possibilities Accompanying, coordinating, and controlling external service providers, suppliers, and tradespeople Control, maintenance, and cleaning of pool systems Ongoing inspection of outdoor facilities as well as coordination of external work in the outdoor area Co-responsibility for fleet, purchases, procurement, and logistical tasks in cooperation with the office Undertaking service trips as well as other operational trips and errands as required Ensuring the same quality and maintenance standards at other locations as well On-site contact person for technical, infrastructural, and organizational concerns in close cooperation with the office and external specialist partners Documentation of performed work as well as identified defects and maintenance needs What is important to us You roll up your sleeves.
