About the position As a Production Technician, you ensure the monitoring and control of production units in compliance with safety, quality and performance requirements. Present both in the field and in the control room, you ensure the proper functioning of the installations within a continuous production environment, 24h/24 and 365 days a year. Tasks and responsibilities Monitor the proper functioning of production units and storage installations through regular field rounds and the proactive identification of deviations or anomalies. Perform sampling and operational controls in order to guarantee process compliance and product quality. Operate and supervise the installations from a control room equipped with latest-generation digital process control systems. Perform operating maneuvers on production equipment and carry out first-level maintenance interventions. Participate in the improvement of operational performance by maintaining a safe, orderly work environment in compliance with industrial standards. Apply and promote Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) requirements, by actively contributing to the control of industrial risks. Position specifics The position is carried out in 12-hour shifts (06h15-18h15 / 18h15-06h15) as part of a continuous activity. This organization offers an attractive rhythm with approximately 145 days of presence per year, leaving significant space for personal life and rest periods. You will benefit from internal company firefighter training, allowing you to play an active role in the prevention and management of emergency situations on site. Interested in industrial environments and comfortable with working in alternating day/night teams. Appreciating field work and capable of intervening outdoors in all weather conditions. Rigorous, endowed with a good analytical mind and sensitive to safety issues. Good command of French, both spoken and written. Holder of a category B driver's license and possessing a vehicle to travel to the site. About you Autonomous and endowed with a good team spirit, you integrate easily into a new environment.
