Bern, Switzerland \| 80-100% What you can contribute to <br /> • Assume overall responsibility for complex construction projects on behalf of the client, from selecting the procedure to handing over to our client, including project study and implementation • Define project objectives and risks, establish strategic foundations (process planning, implementation models, and procedure steps) and lead interdisciplinary project organizations • Plan, solicit, and manage human and financial resources; manage project credits in accordance with legal regulations, in particular the Federal Finance Act • Ensure effective collaboration with users, operators, mandate holders, companies, and specialized consultants in the interest of the Confederation as the client • Conduct award procedures in accordance with the law and the ordinance on public procurement (LMP and OMP), and ensure effective quality management and project controlling <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Recognized degree in architecture, civil engineering, or equivalent training in the construction sector • Several years of experience in overall project management of complex construction projects, supplemented by solid experience in representing the client • Proven skills in overall project management (quality, costs, and deadlines) and knowledge of public procurement (LMP and OMP) • Excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking, and business management skills • Great ability to build networks and good communication skills • Active knowledge of two official languages <br /> In a few words As a representative of the client at the OFCL, the Confederation's specialized construction agency, you will assume overall responsibility for demanding projects throughout Switzerland.
