As part of its development and in order to complete its teams, the Fondation Mode d’emploi is looking for, for its electronic and IT equipment recycling workshop in Payerne: A Socioprofessional Instructor at 100% Your profile: Holder of an ES diploma as a Socioprofessional Instructor or other similar training recognized in the social or socioprofessional integration field Ideally holder of a CFC in the technical or logistics field Benefiting from a confirmed experience of at least 5 years in socioprofessional support, in the field of logistics and/or recycling Ready to invest yourself in favor of people facing difficulties in the labor market due to social and professional barriers Proven ability to manage a team of 10 to 20 people Ease in training, supporting, and transmitting knowledge Developed interpersonal skills and ease in oral communication Versatile, autonomous, rigorous, and proactive Aptitude for working in a multidisciplinary team and ability to collaborate in shared governance Good mastery of standard Office office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) Possession of a forklift license is an asset We will entrust you with the following tasks: Monitoring, training, and supervising people in professional reintegration situations (20 beneficiaries within our workshop) Supervision of the beneficiaries' work within the framework of recycling activities for electronic and IT equipment Management and organization of all workshop activities Reconciling production and pedagogical objectives while taking into account the personal rhythms and individual capacities of the beneficiaries Evaluation of beneficiaries' skills Close collaboration with the internal network and active participation in the intermediate and final assessments of the beneficiaries Participation in recycling activities in compliance with the rigorous specifications and a volume of activity expected by our client Your professional context will include notably: A varied activity within a motivated and multidisciplinary team, in a dynamic institution and in shared governance (sociocracy) Interesting working conditions (working hours, holidays, loss of earnings, LPP, etc.) Salary scale: between CHF 71’000.- and CHF 99’000.- gross annually / 12 months (at 100%) If you believe you match the profile and feel concerned by our mission to fight against socioprofessional exclusion, please send your complete file (cover letter, CV, training certificates, and work certificates) until by responding to our advertisement published on the site .
