It includes the "Prévention des accidents dus aux chantiers" unit, responsible for ensuring that construction sites in the city do not pose a danger to users of the public domain. Main mission(s) ### Analyze construction projects submitted for authorization and provide written directives to architects or private owners regarding safety (construction site safety, public safety, worker safety) Guarantee and monitor the compliance and application of contractual directives regarding construction site safety Guarantee the compliance and safety of installations interacting with the public domain and prevent accidents Order, in case of infraction, the stoppage of work and represent the municipality before judicial authorities Collaborate with municipal or cantonal services within the framework of construction site safety and participate in various coordination and information meetings Exercise police power autonomously by making formative decisions or reporting legal violations to the Préfet Profile ### Education as an architect or engineer ETS/HES or training deemed equivalent Complementary certifying training in the prevention of accidents due to construction sites Minimum 5 years of professional practice in the field of construction and construction sites, including 2 years as a construction site safety specialist Mastery of legislation on occupational safety (ordinances and regulations) and road signaling (LCR) Knowledge of the functioning of a public administration, an asset Dynamic, autonomous, methodical personality demonstrating a global vision Priority management and resistance to tension Listening and communication, courtesy and impartiality Mastery of MS Office tools and knowledge of Autocad Special conditions ### Clean criminal record Salary class ### 10 Start date ### Immediately or to be agreed Information ### Mme Catherine Borghini Polier, Cheffe de service, 021 315 56 10 Offer ### Please send us your application and the usual documents by 14.08.2026 via the online form.
