Ensure coordination between internal stakeholders and external training partners. Support training managers in the organization and deployment of training systems. Optimize processes to guarantee quality, consistency, and efficiency of programs. Implement communication and promotion actions related to training. Supervise the administrative follow-up of projects: contracting, pricing, document management, and follow-up of decisions. Participate in the budget monitoring of programs. Coordinate logistical aspects: room reservation, equipment, management of speakers, and planning. Guarantee the quality and compliance of data in compliance with regulatory requirements. Contribute to continuous improvement processes and support the team's cross-functional projects. Candidate Profile University Bachelor, HES or equivalent training. Certification in project management: an asset. Minimum 5 years of experience in coordination functions or management of high-volume activities. Experience ideally acquired in the sectors of logistics, hospitality, after-sales service, complex event management, or training. Good understanding of project management processes and methodologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel. Knowledge of LMS, ERP, or HRIS systems appreciated. Excellent organizational skills and sense of priorities. Strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills. Autonomy, rigor, sense of initiative, and ability to evolve in a complex environment.
