Specialist Land and Legal Acquisition

Zofingen, Schweiz (and home office) | 80-100% Your contribution <br /> • Responsible for land and legal acquisition (including expropriation proceedings) in the area of the Zofingen infrastructure branch • Negotiate with landowners and authorities, create, review and edit contracts • Provide technical guidance to external land acquirers and employees and take over coordination tasks • Manage the national roads portfolio, grant permits and ensure the legally compliant use of the properties • Collaborate across the entire spectrum of real estate management <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Basic training in the real estate industry (e.g., fiduciary, notary) and/or several years of professional experience as a land acquirer and/or task-specific higher vocational training (e.g., MAS Real Estate Management FH, NDS Bauprojekt- und Immobilienmanagement HF) and/or real estate specialist, geomatics technician, building administrator with task-specific legal knowledge • Affinity for legal issues in the field of real estate as well as regarding property, land, expropriation as well as construction, planning and environmental law • Strong social competencies • Resilience and independence • Good active knowledge of a second official language, if possible passive knowledge of a third official language <br /> In a nutshell ASTRA represents the federal administration as the owner of the national roads.
