Lawyer – 80% Temporary mission of 4 months Within our legal team, you occupy a key role in supporting the different entities of the Group on various legal issues. Your goal? Provide pragmatic legal advice, secure the company's activities by drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts, and ensure that practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements. What you do on a daily basis You advise the different entities of the Group on various legal issues, mainly in private law, particularly in matters of mandate, company contracts and other contractual issues. You manage the negotiation, drafting and review of contracts, particularly commercial contracts, while participating in strategic and large-scale projects for the Group. You draft the internal regulations and directives of the Assura Group and ensure the defense of its legal interests, while ensuring the security of its activities and supporting its objectives. What you bring to the team You have a Master's degree in Swiss law and ideally a lawyer's certificate. You have at least three years of professional experience, preferably in the field of private law, and you demonstrate excellent legal knowledge as well as strong analytical and synthesis skills. You master French perfectly and have good knowledge of English. You communicate with ease, appreciate teamwork and favor collaboration, while being at ease in relationships with varied interlocutors. You work in a rapid, rigorous and organized manner. Autonomous, flexible and with excellent stress resistance, you know how to manage priorities effectively and evolve serenely in a demanding environment.
