Share What awaits you? ## During your three-year training, you will gain insight into various departments and will be deployed in the following work situations: • receiving and forwarding bank customers • advising bank customers • supporting bank customers via digital channels • assisting in the consultation of customers • administratively preparing and processing banking transactions In the various departments, you will be accompanied and supported by competent and experienced practical trainers. You can complete the training with us either as extended basic education with EFZ or with Berufsmaturität. What do you bring with you? ## Schooling: • Completed Bezirks- or Sekundarschule with good grades • Very good German language skills, proficient orally & in writing • Prerequisites for learning two foreign languages • With Berufsmaturität: Very good performance at the highest school level, passed entrance examination Personal: • Sociable and communicative • Joy in learning • Ability to work in a team • Reliability and exact working methods • Open to new things Interests: • Joy in everyday banking and customer contact • Interest in trends and developments in the professional field and in the industry • Application of information sources and use of new technologies
